Manatee Holdings Ltd. is a hatchery for geoducks and many other species of seafood. Assets include Hatchery, Five Single family homes, Ocean tenure of 89.1 hectares and property in Haida Gwaii. Water intake pipes to Hatchery are 15,000,000 gallons per day if needed, all permits are in place. Ocean tenure that is 89.1 hectares with geoducks in different stages of development, with first harvest to take place in 2022. Manatee also has property in Haida Gwaii and plans for hatchery and deep water in take lines. All government approvals are in place but lines are not installed.
